Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fears...29 by Oleg Kulik was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 4,250.00 (€ 5,339.05) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Oleg Kulik have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Girl In A Swamp From The Fear Series in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,637.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fears...29 von Oleg Kulik kam im März 2008 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 4.250,00 (€ 5.339,05) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Oleg Kulik auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Girl In A Swamp From The Fear Series im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.637,97).
