Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Elephant, From The Windows Series by Oleg Kulik was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 7,571.62). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Oleg Kulik - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Girl In A Swamp From The Fear Series, which sold at auction in November 2012 for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,637.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Elephant, From The Windows Series von Oleg Kulik wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 7.571,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Oleg Kulik mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Girl In A Swamp From The Fear Series beobachtet, die im November 2012 für GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.637,97) versteigert wurde.
