Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.201,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Numa Marzocchi de Bellucci auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit French A Lesson In The Koran im März 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 122.500,00 (€ 92.376,14).
