Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The birth of Draupadi by Noel Laura Nisbet was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2000. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 350.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 352.50 (€ 561.53). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Noel Laura Nisbet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven Deadly Sins in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,665.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The birth of Draupadi von Noel Laura Nisbet kam im Dezember 2000 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 350,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 352,50 (€ 561,53) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Noel Laura Nisbet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven Deadly Sins im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 24.665,89).
