Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Noel Laura Nisbet could be acquired at Christies in London in April 2002 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Pictures auction, the work Plum study changed hands for GBP 58.75 (€ 95.06) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Noel Laura Nisbet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven Deadly Sins in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,665.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Noel Laura Nisbet konnte im April 2002 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British and Continental Pictures wechselte die Arbeit Plum study für GBP 58,75 (€ 95,06) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Noel Laura Nisbet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven Deadly Sins im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 24.665,89).
