In September 2007 Christies in London held the auction Exploration and Travel, which included the work Everest Base Camp, 1924 by Noel Ewart Odell. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,500.00 (€ 2,150.89), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Noel Ewart Odell have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,844.90) in September 2008 for the work "The Trough" East Rongbuk Glacier, Mount Everest (north side), 1924. Im September 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Exploration and Travel durch, in der auch die Arbeit Everest Base Camp, 1924 von Noel Ewart Odell zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 2.150,89) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Noel Ewart Odell haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.250,00 (€ 2.844,90) im September 2008 für die Arbeit "The Trough" East Rongbuk Glacier, Mount Everest (north side), 1924.
