Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Silence de la Fumée by Noël Dolla was sold in the Collection Loïc Malle: Only Time Will Tell auction at Sothebys in Paris in April last year. The price achieved of EUR 8,820.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Noël Dolla - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans Titre N°1 - 1975, which sold at auction in May 2017 for EUR 27,300.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Silence de la Fumée von Noël Dolla wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Collection Loïc Malle: Only Time Will Tell bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 8.820,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Noël Dolla mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans Titre N°1 - 1975 beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für EUR 27.300,00 versteigert wurde.
