Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings, which included the work Country House In Tarusa by Nikolai Petrovich Krymov. The price achieved of GBP 73,250.00 (€ 92,590.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Nikolai Petrovich Krymov have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2007 the work Country House In Tarusa was auctioned for GBP 102,500.00 (€ 152,104.84).
