Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Reclining Nude And A View Of Bakhchisarai by Nikolai Petrovich Glushchenko was sold in the Russian Paintings Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in June 2011. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,446.03) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Nikolai Petrovich Glushchenko have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition (Two Nudes) in June 2017 with an auction result of GBP 97,500.00 (€ 111,034.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Reclining Nude And A View Of Bakhchisarai von Nikolai Petrovich Glushchenko wurde im Juni 2011 in der Auktion Russian Paintings Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.446,03) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nikolai Petrovich Glushchenko auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition (Two Nudes) im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 97.500,00 (€ 111.034,31).
