In November 2004 Christies in London held the auction RUSSIAN PICTURES, which included the work Portrait Of An Old Woman by Nikolai Alekseevich Kasatkin. The price achieved of GBP 5,019.00 (€ 7,219.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00.
