Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Marina by Nicolò de Corsi was sold in the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,040.00. Admittedly, works by Nicolò de Corsi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tramonto in costiera in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 14,700,000.00 (€ 13,212.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Marina von Nicolò de Corsi wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.040,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nicolò de Corsi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tramonto in costiera im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 14.700.000,00 (€ 13.212,00).
