Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Wooded Landscape With A Shepherd And His Cattle Fording A Stream by Nicolaes Pietersz. Berchem was sold in the Old Master Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in September 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,252.10). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicolaes Pietersz. Berchem achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Enfance De Jupiter in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 361,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Wooded Landscape With A Shepherd And His Cattle Fording A Stream von Nicolaes Pietersz. Berchem wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion Old Master Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.252,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicolaes Pietersz. Berchem erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Enfance De Jupiter im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 361.000,00.
