In December 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Day Sale, which included the work Still Life Of Flowers In An Ornate Vase On A Marble Ledge Draped With A Cloth Trimmed With Gold Braid by Nicolas Lachtropius. The price achieved of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,368.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Nicolas Lachtropius have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2016 the work Stillleben mit Blumenvase und Insekten was auctioned for EUR 99,200.00.

Im Dezember 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life Of Flowers In An Ornate Vase On A Marble Ledge Draped With A Cloth Trimmed With Gold Braid von Nicolas Lachtropius zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.368,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Nicolas Lachtropius konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2016 die Arbeit Stillleben mit Blumenvase und Insekten für EUR 99.200,00 versteigert.
