This artwork by Nicolae Grigorescu achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in May 2020. In the Fine Art auction, the work Mädchen auf der Wiese sold for EUR 25,800.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 10,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Nicolae Grigorescu; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Roman Iandaydreams sold at auction in May 2014 with the realized price of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 33,798.39).
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nicolae Grigorescu erzielte im Mai 2020 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Art wurde die Arbeit Mädchen auf der Wiese für EUR 25.800,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Nicolae Grigorescu; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Roman Iandaydreams im Mai 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 33.798,39).
