A top price for Nick Brandt
In May 2018 Christies in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Elephant drinking, Amboseli, 2007 by Nick Brandt. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 87,500.00 (€ 99,639.03), 25% above the upper estimate. With this result, Elephant drinking, Amboseli, 2007 is even the most expensive work of art by Nick Brandt that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Elephant drinking, Amboseli, 2007 von Nick Brandt zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 87.500,00 (€ 99.639,03) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
