This work without title by Nguyen Van Ty was worth HKD 475,000.00 (€ 53,485.70) to a buyer in October 2018. This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nguyen Van Ty achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rapid Of Cho Bo On The Black River in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 5,620,000.00 (€ 601,709.06).

Die Arbeit ohne Titel von Nguyen Van Ty war einem Käufer im Oktober 2018 HKD 475.000,00 (€ 53.485,70) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nguyen Van Ty erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rapid Of Cho Bo On The Black River im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.620.000,00 (€ 601.709,06).
