A top price for Nedo - as previously expected
This work without title by Nedo was sold in the Latin America: The Legacy of Abstraction auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2015. The price achieved of USD 100,000.00 (€ 90,958.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Nedo that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nedo wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Latin America: The Legacy of Abstraction bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 90.958,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Nedo, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
