A top price for Neal Oshima - as previously expected
The work Riverrun by Neal Oshima was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2012. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 4,628.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Riverrun is the most expensive artwork by Neal Oshima that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Riverrun von Neal Oshima kam im April 2012 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 4.628,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Riverrun das teuerste Kunstwerk von Neal Oshima, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
