A top price for Nazir Nabaa - as previously expected
The work Untitled (Three Ladies) by Nazir Nabaa was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in March 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 87,500.00 (€ 81,790.99) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Untitled (Three Ladies) is the most expensive artwork by Nazir Nabaa that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Untitled (Three Ladies) von Nazir Nabaa kam im März 2017 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 81.790,99) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Untitled (Three Ladies) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Nazir Nabaa, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
