Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin America: The Legacy of Abstraction, which included the work Lumière À 4 Faces by Narciso Debourg. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 45,479.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Narciso Debourg have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2014 the work Structure Blanche was auctioned for USD 62,500.00 (€ 45,821.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin America: The Legacy of Abstraction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lumière À 4 Faces von Narciso Debourg zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 45.479,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Narciso Debourg konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2014 die Arbeit Structure Blanche für USD 62.500,00 (€ 45.821,11) versteigert.
