Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,225.86) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nahum B. Zenil - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nahum B. Zenil (b. 1947), which sold at auction in May 2016 for USD 37,500.00 (€ 33,677.59).
