A top price for Nahui Olin - as previously expected
The work Bautizo by Nahui Olin was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Christies in New York in September this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 75,600.00 (€ 71,428.57) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Bautizo is the most expensive artwork by Nahui Olin that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Bautizo von Nahui Olin wurde im September diesen Jahres in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 75.600,00 (€ 71.428,57) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Bautizo das teuerste Kunstwerk von Nahui Olin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
