Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Gold) by Nabil Nahas was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2019. It changed hands for a price of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,497.31) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nabil Nahas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November last year with an auction result of GBP 170,100.00 (€ 197,107.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Gold) von Nabil Nahas kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 43.497,31) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nabil Nahas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.100,00 (€ 197.107,06).
