Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Red Composition by Nabil Nahas was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 91,624.93), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nabil Nahas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November last year for GBP 170,100.00 (€ 197,107.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Red Composition von Nabil Nahas kam im Oktober 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 91.624,93) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Für andere Arbeiten von Nabil Nahas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November letzten Jahres für GBP 170.100,00 (€ 197.107,06) versteigert wurde.
