Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Muhammad Zeeshan was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2012. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,861.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Muhammad Zeeshan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dying Miniature, which sold at auction in June 2012 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,060.68).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Muhammad Zeeshan kam im September 2012 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 4.861,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Muhammad Zeeshan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dying Miniature beobachtet, die im Juni 2012 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.060,68) versteigert wurde.
