Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2015 Artcurial held the auction Old Master and 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, which included the work Composition Au Röhmer Et Agrumes Dans Une Niche by Monogrammist VS.Z. It changed hands for a price of EUR 19,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Monogrammist VS.Z have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2008 the work Still Life With Two Peaches And A Roemer In A Stone Niche was auctioned for USD 34,000.00 (€ 22,909.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Old Master and 19th Century Paintings and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition Au Röhmer Et Agrumes Dans Une Niche von Monogrammist VS.Z zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 19.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Monogrammist VS.Z konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2008 die Arbeit Still Life With Two Peaches And A Roemer In A Stone Niche für USD 34.000,00 (€ 22.909,51) versteigert.
