A top price for Mohau Modisakeng - as previously expected
The work South Africanuntitled, Qhatha Series, 2010 - 2011 by Mohau Modisakeng was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2018. The price achieved of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,040.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, South Africanuntitled, Qhatha Series, 2010 - 2011 is the most expensive artwork by Mohau Modisakeng that we have observed at auctions so far.
