Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Mohammed Ehsai was sold in the Dubai: Post War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Dubai in March 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 90,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 100,000.00 (€ 81,168.83). Admittedly, works by Mohammed Ehsai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work He Is The Merciful in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,161,000.00 (€ 745,760.53).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mohammed Ehsai wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion Dubai: Post War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 90.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 100.000,00 (€ 81.168,83) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mohammed Ehsai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit He Is The Merciful im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.161.000,00 (€ 745.760,53).
