A top price for Mohammed Ehsai
When the work He Is The Merciful by Mohammed Ehsai was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in April 2008, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - USD 150,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than seven times as high at USD 1,161,000.00 (€ 745,760.53). This high result makes He Is The Merciful the most expensive artwork by Mohammed Ehsai that we have observed at auctions so far.

Als die Arbeit He Is The Merciful von Mohammed Ehsai im April 2008 bei Christies in Dubai versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches.
