Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Daffodils by Mohammed Ehsai was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2018. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 120,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 137,500.00 (€ 155,057.58). Admittedly, works by Mohammed Ehsai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work He Is The Merciful in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,161,000.00 (€ 745,760.53).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Daffodils von Mohammed Ehsai kam im Oktober 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 120.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 137.500,00 (€ 155.057,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mohammed Ehsai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit He Is The Merciful im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.161.000,00 (€ 745.760,53).
