Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2020 POLY held the auction Poly Auction Hong Kong & Macau Joint Auctions, which included the work Waiting for You by Moe Nakamura. The price achieved of HKD 37,760.00 (€ 3,982.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 32,000.00 – 55,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Moe Nakamura achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Child Of Nature#1 (Painted In 2013) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 336,000.00 (€ 343,121.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2020 führte POLY die Auktion Poly Auction Hong Kong & Macau Joint Auctions durch, in der auch die Arbeit Waiting for You von Moe Nakamura zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.760,00 (€ 3.982,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 32.000,00 – 55.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Moe Nakamura erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Child Of Nature#1 (Painted In 2013) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 336.000,00 (€ 343.121,74).
