In October 2013 VAN HAM held the auction Dekorative Kunst, which included the work Zwei Balletttänzerinnen am Klavier by Miloslava Vrbova. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 245.00 23% above the estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miloslava Vrbova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ballet dancers waiting in the wings in September 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,425.63).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2013 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Dekorative Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Zwei Balletttänzerinnen am Klavier von Miloslava Vrbova zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 245,00 und damit 23% über dem Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miloslava Vrbova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ballet dancers waiting in the wings im September 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.425,63).
