Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in Milan held the auction Post War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Lo Scafandro dello Spazio by Mino Delle Site. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mino Delle Site achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ricognizione Aerea in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 31,500.00 (€ 36,940.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lo Scafandro dello Spazio von Mino Delle Site zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mino Delle Site erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ricognizione Aerea im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 31.500,00 (€ 36.940,28).
