This artwork by Mimmo Jodice achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in April 2018. In the Photographs auction, the work Mare Lux, opera n. 28, 2009 sold for EUR 3,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mimmo Jodice have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Anamnesi, 2014 in November 2020 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mimmo Jodice erzielte im April 2018 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Photographs wurde die Arbeit Mare Lux, opera n. 28, 2009 für EUR 3.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mimmo Jodice auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Anamnesi, 2014 im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
