A top price for Mikkel McAlinden - as previously expected
The work Le déjeuner sur l'herbe by Mikkel McAlinden was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2008. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,950.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Le déjeuner sur l'herbe is the most expensive artwork by Mikkel McAlinden that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Le déjeuner sur l'herbe von Mikkel McAlinden kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.950,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden.
