A top price for Mikhail Kazansky - as previously expected
In November 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings, which included the work House On The Pier by Mikhail Kazansky. The price achieved of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 14,930.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, House On The Pier is the most expensive artwork by Mikhail Kazansky that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit House On The Pier von Mikhail Kazansky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 14.930,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist House On The Pier das teuerste Kunstwerk von Mikhail Kazansky, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
