Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master and British Paintings Day Sale, which included the work The Marriage Of The Virgin by Miguel Parra. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,759.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Miguel Parra have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Outdoor Scene With A Fountain, An Urn And A Basket Of Roses, Peonies, Poppies, Hydrangeas And Other Flowers in January 2017 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 63,692.79).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.759,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
