This artwork by Michele Zalopany achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in July 2019. In the Colossal! Monumental Works from the 1980s auction, the work Without Them sold for USD 1,375.00 (€ 1,235.40) - well above the upper estimate of USD 600.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Michele Zalopany; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Bequest (Gypsy Rose Lee'S Bedroom) sold at auction in July 2019 with the realized price of USD 2,375.00 (€ 2,133.87).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Michele Zalopany erzielte im Juli 2019 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Colossal! Monumental Works from the 1980s wurde die Arbeit Without Them für USD 1.375,00 (€ 1.235,40) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 600,00.
