In the 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART auction, the work The Capri coastline at dusk changed hands for GBP 1,410.00 (€ 2,042.56) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michele Federico - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The coast off Capri, which sold at auction in November 2001 for GBP 2,820.00 (€ 4,487.51).
