Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Subiaco. by Michael Wentzel was auctioned at Grisebach in November 2014. The price achieved of EUR 1,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michael Wentzel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blumenstilleben mit Ausblick auf Castel Gandolfo. in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 41,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Subiaco. von Michael Wentzel kam im November 2014 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michael Wentzel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blumenstilleben mit Ausblick auf Castel Gandolfo. im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 41.250,00.
