Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Vintage Posters Online, which included the work Monaco 25E Grand Prix. 1967 by Michael Turner. It changed hands for a price of EUR 896.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 700.00 – 900.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Turner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Monaco 25E Grand Prix. 1967, which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 2,805.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Vintage Posters Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Monaco 25E Grand Prix. 1967 von Michael Turner zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 896,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 900,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Michael Turner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Monaco 25E Grand Prix. 1967 beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 2.805,00 versteigert wurde.
