Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2003 Christies in London held the auction 20TH C BRIT ART INC. WORKS FROM THE STUDIO OF HILDA CARLINE, which included the work At the dining room table by Michael d'Aguilar. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 646.25 (€ 943.91) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Michael d'Aguilar have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2005 the work En Provence was auctioned for GBP 1,080.00 (€ 1,586.66).

Im Oktober 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion 20TH C BRIT ART INC. WORKS FROM THE STUDIO OF HILDA CARLINE durch, in der auch die Arbeit At the dining room table von Michael d'Aguilar zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 646,25 (€ 943,91) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Michael d'Aguilar konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2005 die Arbeit En Provence für GBP 1.080,00 (€ 1.586,66) versteigert.
