Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2017 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Meuser. It changed hands for a price of EUR 11,875.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Meuser have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2019 the work without title was auctioned for EUR 22,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2017 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Meuser zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 11.875,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Meuser konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2019 die Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 22.500,00 versteigert.
