This artwork by Maxim Kopf achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in March 2007. In the The House Sale auction, the work Nudes reclining by the sea sold for USD 3,840.00 (€ 2,871.24) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maxim Kopf achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Das heilige Abendmahl. in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 70,000.00.

In der Auktion The House Sale wurde die Arbeit Nudes reclining by the sea für USD 3.840,00 (€ 2.871,24) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maxim Kopf erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Das heilige Abendmahl. im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 70.000,00.
