Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 6AM Kitchen by Max Prus was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in Hong Kong in March this year. The price achieved of HKD 152,400.00 (€ 17,844.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Other works by Max Prus have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April last year the work Boat Close to the Como Falls was auctioned for GBP 17,640.00 (€ 21,035.08).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 152.400,00 (€ 17.844,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden.
