Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Petite Etrusquerie Portative by Max Papart was sold in the Now ! auction at Sothebys in Paris in July 2015. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Papart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Musiciens in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 41,301.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Petite Etrusquerie Portative von Max Papart wurde im Juli 2015 in der Auktion Now ! bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Papart erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Musiciens im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 41.301,47).
