Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre - 1995 by Max Neumann was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale auction at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Max Neumann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre, 1986 in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 18,588.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1995 von Max Neumann wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Max Neumann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1986 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.588,00.
