Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work A Landscape With A Town In The Distance by Max Fleischer for EUR 938.00. This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours at Sothebys in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Max Fleischer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Batak girl, which sold at auction in September 2011 for EUR 2,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Landscape With A Town In The Distance von Max Fleischer für EUR 938,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours bei Sothebys in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Max Fleischer mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Batak girl beobachtet, die im September 2011 für EUR 2.500,00 versteigert wurde.
