The work Not As It Is But As It Could Be by Maurizio Nannucci was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in April 2008. It achieved a price of EUR 23,050.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Maurizio Nannucci - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blue, which sold at auction in December 2016 for EUR 50,000.00.

Die Arbeit Not As It Is But As It Could Be von Maurizio Nannucci kam im April 2008 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 23.050,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Maurizio Nannucci mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Blue beobachtet, die im Dezember 2016 für EUR 50.000,00 versteigert wurde.
