A top price for Maurizio Pellegrin - as previously expected
In December 2005 Christies in Paris held the auction Interieurs, which included the work Composition abstraite by Maurizio Pellegrin. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,360.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Composition abstraite is the most expensive artwork by Maurizio Pellegrin that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2005 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Interieurs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition abstraite von Maurizio Pellegrin zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.360,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Composition abstraite das teuerste Kunstwerk von Maurizio Pellegrin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
